The magic of Blueprint lies in its use of artificial intelligence. When you provide a URL to your API documentation, it can automatically generate an API definition. This makes it easier and quicker to connect to Merge's Unified APIs, which means you can develop integrations more efficiently.

One of the cool features of Blueprint is its ability to quickly check whether an API aligns with Merge's Unified APIs. The insights it provides can help the Merge team streamline parts of the integration building process. By standardizing third-party endpoints and fields to align with Merge's Common Models, Blueprint significantly accelerates the creation of new integrations on Merge's platform.

However, it's important to note that Blueprint doesn’t complete the integration for you. Instead, it kick-starts the normalization process to align with one of Merge's Unified APIs. To get started with Blueprint, all you have to do is submit the URL of the public documentation for the API you want to work with.
